We guarantee our ticket are good upon arrival. In a rare situation where there are mishandling that affected, we’ll refund your money or replace the ticket with this simple steps:-
Step 1: Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or +6017-5800833 within 48 hours upon received your ticket and filling up our return form with details of the ticket and the defect.
Step 2: Ensure the ticket remain in original. Used / damaged ticket is not eligible for return.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the ticket or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If your return is not valid, we will notify you. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. Refund will takes place within 14-21 days from date of approval.
